Order Processing

Please allow 1 - 3 business days to process your order and verify payment. You will receive a shipment confirmation email and tracking number within 24-48 hours of your order being processed.

Shipping and Delivery

Once your order has been processed please allow approximately 3 - 5 business days for priority shipping. Signature confirmation will be required for all orders over $50. Expedited shipping is also available. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Please ensure you have entered the correct shipping address — name, street name, city, state, and zip code. We are not liable for packages that are sent to the wrong address when the address information is entered incorrectly, nor are we responsible for carrier delays during shipment. In addition, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages caused by the carrier. 

Returns

Your satisfaction is top priority! If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will gladly refund your order in the form of a store credit, (less 20% restocking fee) within 7 days of delivery. All returns must be unused and in its original packaging. Products that have been unwrapped, worn, or otherwise tampered with will not receive a store credit. We cannot allow opened items to be returned. 

Certified mail, with a tracking number, is the preferred method when returning packages. In the rare case that we do not receive your return package and if you are unable to prove your product was returned to us, we are not able issue a refund.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and American Express). Orders of over $450 require additional verification prior to shipping. Our customer service team will contact you if this is required for your order.

Please make sure that you enter the correct billing address and contact information, exactly as it appears on your bank or credit card statement. Transactions may be denied if the information entered does not match what your bank or credit card provider has on file. Some transactions may also be held for further verification by our customer experience team.

We never store your credit card information. All transactions are processed through Payline Data — a secure form of payment that is heavily encrypted by third party payment processors.

Hair Care

Your hair bundles can last up to 24 months with the proper hair care regimen. The extensions are real unprocessed human hair that can be styled and colored. (Please note that once you color the hair, it is no longer considered unprocessed) We suggest that you use Sulfate Free shampoo and conditioning products.
